WHO CAN USE THIS STORE

to make a purchase.

PRICES AND PRODUCTS

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and product photos
accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices
without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered,
we will contact you to confirm the correct price or refund you in full.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or
decline any order — for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of
stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the shipping address is in a region
we cannot serve. If we decline an order, we will refund any payment
in full.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

The Pawse Board is designed for routine nail maintenance for adult
dogs. It is not a replacement for veterinary care. If your dog has
overgrown, injured, or infected nails, please see a vet first. Always
supervise your dog when introducing a new product, and stop using any
product if your dog shows signs of pain or distress.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our store — including text, images, logos, and the Pawse
Board design — is owned by Pawse and protected by copyright and
trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content
without written permission.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

We may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not
responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

DISCLAIMERS

The store is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uninterrupted
availability, error-free function, or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pawse's total liability for any
claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that
purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state
in which Pawse is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version
will always be posted in our store's policy section.
